「心理療法の文脈的モデル」The Contextual Model of Psychotherapy:Scientific Evidence and Implications

【概要】
What makes Psychoterapy work？ Which psychotherapy approach is the best?  How to be a good psychotherapist?  To explore these questions, this seminar introduces the contextual model of psychotherapy with a focus on its scientific evidence and implications for clinical services and training.

The contextual model of psychotherapy differs from the medical model of psychotherapy in that it attributes psychotherapy efficacy to contextual or common factors within a variety of treatment modalitites (e. g. , therapeutic relationships) rather than modality-specific factors (e.g., dysfunctional beliefs).
